If you feel uneasy about dental visits, Denali Dental offers safe sedation options to help you stay relaxed and comfortable during treatment. Sedation options include Oral Moderate Sedation and Nitrous Oxide.
Comfortable Care with Dental Sedation
If you’re nervous about dental treatment, you’re not alone. Denali Dental provides care under Oral Moderate Sedation and Nitrous Oxide to help you feel calm and comfortable.
Oral Moderate Sedation allows you to feel deeply relaxed throughout your appointment, while Nitrous Oxide (conscious sedation) helps ease anxiety quickly and wears off rapidly after treatment. With sedation, dental care can often be completed while you are relaxed—sometimes allowing extensive treatment to be done in fewer appointments.
When Dental Sedation Can Help
Dental anesthesia may be helpful if you experience one or more of the following:

Fear and anxiety about dental visits
Low pain threshold / sensitive teeth
Strong gag reflex, limited time or need for extensive treatment
Children and many special needs patients who cannot cooperate during a normal procedure
Trusted by our community for patient-first care
Nitrous Oxide - Conscious Sedation
Nitrous Oxide is a form of conscious sedation used at Denali Dental to ease anxiety and enhance comfort during dental procedures. It works quickly and can be adjusted throughout treatment.
Adjustable Comfort
Sedation depth can be increased or decreased at any time during treatment.
Works Fast
Reaches the brain within about 20 seconds; effects may develop in 2–3 minutes.
No “Hangover”
Nitrous oxide typically has no lingering after-effect once oxygen is administered.
Quick Recovery
At the end of treatment, 100% oxygen is given for about 5 minutes to reverse the effects.
You remain able to breathe on your own and stay in control of bodily functions, and you can typically walk or drive home unaccompanied.

I had my dental cleaning with the hygienist Lina today. As usual, Lina is very caring and meticulous at her work. She does not rush and keeps reminding us about how to keep our teeth healthy and clean. The receptionists at Denali Dental are super friendly and always receiving patients with a warm and welcoming smile. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I'm kicking myself in the butt for not remembering the female dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. I've never left the dentist not sore from a teeth cleaning. Today was the first in 50 years! She was gentle and made sure I was comfortable. You won't regret going here. Thank you.
Amazing clinic starting from the reception all thr way to the dentist and dental assistant.
